Well my 1 year mark is approaching so I figured I would post some pictures of before and after.

Might go with 634s for my next pair.

Just curious…I think these Beatle Busters are great and fit me better than other jeans I have ever tried on. It's tempting to want to purchase a second pair at some point. So do any of you own 2 of the same pair of jeans?
@indigoskin:
What size did you go for?
I ended up going TTS which would be a tagged 30. If you look back some pages you will see fit pictures of me in size 31.
Definitely a fan of your Mammut coat Beatle. Which one is it?
Sent them back to SE for a tagged 30 (TTS) and getting them chain stitched. Hopefully ill have them back mid next week. Ill post more fit pictures when they get here. Even though they felt a little big, the denim felt great and I am super excited.
Got my Beatle Busters in the mail today. I sized up one to a tagged 31. I am thinking that I probably could go TTS. So I am debating whether I should exchange them or not.
The fit on the thighs is pretty good right now, but if I went TTS I imagine they would stretch a little bit to be comfortable. I know the pictures probably don't look like it, but I have a little room in the thighs right now. The waist feels pretty good now though it could actually even be a little bit tighter. My main issue is the waist and I think sizing down would still leave me enough room everywhere else after a little bit of stretching.
What do you guys think?
I would absolutely love to find a La Marzocco Linea single group and rebuild it. Also Synessos and Speedsters are beautiful machines… maybe one day.
Glad to see a coffee thread! I am a bit of a coffeegeek myself. Here is a picture of my setup. It is an Alex by Izzo MK1 and a Mazzer Super Jolly. Right now I am using beans from Sterling Roasters here in Portland Oregon! Old picture shows Stumptown Hairbender.
Has anyone who sized up one had any problems with the waist stretching out too much? I am thinking about going with Beatle Busters instead of 634's however I am slightly concerned with thigh measurements so I am leaning towards sizing up one. This presents another concern about the waist stretching too much. My true waist is 30 inches. I am debating TTS or 31. Advice?
Hey from the great Pacific Northwest! Really glad there is a dedicated forum for Iron hearts. Looking to get my first pair but need to to a little research to determine the best fit! Bigger thighs in proportion to the rest of my body make me lean towards 634s. I look forward to my first pair.
