Sheddy type things (stuff that is currently taking up room inside, but would do just as well in the shed) and bikes.  Lots of the guys cycle to work, so having somewhere out of the rain and not in the office will be a good thing….

Like Boris said, if you can work at home, do work at home, if you can’t go to work. Stay home.
