I have no idea.  The size on them is in Japanese and is a CM length.  I was lucky, they had one pair on display when I was at a Flat Head show, I tried them on and they fitted.

A word of warning.  The deerskin is stretchy and the brass lacing eyes stretch out over time and I have even had a couple pull out.  I have talked to Flat Head about this, photo's have been sent to the factory.  Improvements will be made.

If you're going to give these shit, get the horsehide version.

can anyone help me with the sizing on flathead shirts? I wear a Large in practically IH everything, but for comparison's sake I wear a L in IHSH-70, have been looking to possibly pickup the TFH winter redcheck or mustard check flannel?  Generally my shirts have a 18.5 shoulder, 30ish length, and at least a 26' sleeve (i'm 6'6" so there is no compromising sleeve length) and my actual chest measurements is 40"…. It seems that TFH have shoulders nearly 2 inches larger than most any other shirt I own how ever other measurements seem on point. Chest is in a few inches from the normall 44" and wondering if the rounded shoulder allows the tighter chest fit? any help would be appreciated!!!!

              I'd go 44. I am usually 19 shoulder (18.5 in a pinch, literally) and 22 across chest.
I can wear a 44, but it is tight, and feel better in 46.
You've not only got the chest to deal with…the waist on some of them is very narrow.

Apba1166- thanks! I appreciate the info sounds like that may be the way to go, I don't think the waist would be an issue as I'm pretty thin and have a 30" waist but ill keep that in mind.

G- thanks I tried to go back and edit and couldn't figure it out. Knowing is half the battle.

I wear a L in IH for everything, wear a snug 42 in FH

Like was mentioned before, the waist is smaller on FH and the sleeves are shorter as well

Fitpic - FH 46 winter heavy flannel work shirt.  Fantastic shirt – great thick fabric - very soft and very warm

Somewhat surprising, the western flannel in a 46 was a little too tight (was loving the blue color I tried on too doh!)

Got my sexfhxrjb15s today, but they were stupid tight.  I'm going to SELA in the morning to try and size up to a pair of 31s.  The denim is really something and I didn't realize before but they have a pink selvage id… it's awesome!

Ok Seul.  Are you going to keep both (the FH and the IHSH-68)?
What's your impression between the two?  This one is diamonds and dots right?

IHSH-68 rules the world but the fit didn't agree with me. This is the old FH Wabash. It was cheap and I will abuse it.

The best wabash fit yet, for you Eli.  How's that denim?  FH uses a 12oz denim, then they discharge print the dots. IH uses a 12oz twill weave and they bleach the dots into the fabric. Personally I like the IH wabash better because it represents traditional wabash, but in a way heavier than traditional weight.

It's ok. Definitely not as heavy or crazy as the IH… But then it has obviously been washed and worn hard by mankarat. It's excellent to work in!..
