I know they want more intel, so I send them the standard names and addies, description, value (0€ as it's a trade),...
Got a mail back from an employee on July 7th. "We haven't received the package yet.." So I send them a mail back that it should be there soon, and send them: 06/07/2016 15:49 Item presented to customs for control
Apparently they sent a letter, asking for the same info I had already sent them July 6, on July 7...
Bunch of incompetent fucking shitheels. And now it will probably take another 3-4 days before it arrives...

The fekking DHL wanker marked 3 parcels for me (one of them a Burg&Schild IH-T) as delivered to the next service point on saturday, where they miraculously never fekking arrived. According to the service point employee there was no DHL truck present at the listed time on saturday.
At least you know where your stuff is. I'm hanging in the damn DHL hotline since 15 waiting to get some idiot on the line who will without a doubt tell me there is nothing he or she can do right now.

Missed my Wesco delivery by 15 minutes. Attempted contact with local UPS to try to connect with the driver only to find their system completely automated now with constant redirects. Ended up shelling out an additional fee to be sure they don't attempt delivery again before I get home tomorrow.
