And I though I was a drunk. I'll just bring home a chick beyond my normal weight class when I black out.  I hate the walk of shame but it doesn't seem that bad now 😃 😃

      Think it, be it.

No way, not if you don't remember it. That smell will be with you a while longer.

And I didn't say "fat," just a little heavy 🙂

Give this hat to a local shipping place to send it back to an eBay seller for a refund.

It arrives in this condition in this box:

I don't get the refund because the hat is fucked up, and the lady who shipped it claimed she did not change the hat in any way to fit inside the box. Which is clearly bullshit. Refuses to refund the price of the hat that she fucked up….thoughts?

Sold a few items on Ebay today. A couple of items have been sold to one buyer in Australia. The note he added when he asked for an invoice contained the following:

"I buy a lot of games from the U.K, the price for postage is usually £5.00".

Ok, I think, I'll just weight them on my scales and check the price on the always reliable Royalmail.com… Postage to AUS comes to £7.50 (that's the games on their own. No packaging whatsoever, because I've sold a bit recently and I can afford to take a small hit). So I send the invoice, just had a reply. Contains the following sentence:

"Make sure they're really well packaged, Australia is a long way away".

Well thanks for that geography lesson, I didn't realise that the other 'side' of the world was "a long way away" :). But it gets better:

"Postage seems a tad high so if there is a difference in postage you can just send me a refund once shipped".

And I didn't send an expletive ridden message back to him... Must be going soft in my old age. I wonder if it costs more than I quoted if he'll be happy to send me the difference once shipped??

                  And the message finished:

                  "Kind regards"...

Sometimes I wonder whether or not Ebay is worth the hassle... Might be less of a strain on my goodwill to never by anything again, just in case I need to sell it in the future.

I feel much more calm now 😃

Yes, it's been getting to me recently. On the other hand I've also had some really nice buyers that have thanked me for posting to their country… I used to think I didn't mind the hassle of shipping worldwide but after that last buyer I don't know... Might be I'll limit my self to the U.K and Europe, which will be a shame.

I also sell on Ebay and send all over the world. I'm an Australian. I find people frustrating that don't understand I will not send anything without tracking and a faster service. People argue with you, tell you that you have something against there country, and I'm ripping them off. 100% of the time I'm selling near new stuff for almost half price and folks think the shipping is too high.. Sheeit.

New neighbour moved in a few weeks ago. Looks like their internet service was commissioned today - Mine's been disconnected. Being a bit of a techy, I went down to where the carrier's wires meet with the building's access. The carrier who connected my new neighbour disconnected my service just for the shit of it, and commissioned in their service on the same pair of wires.

There's 30 pairs of wires currently free, there was no need/reason for them to play asshole and disconnect my service, other than generating profit for their buddies in the industry who I now need to get to re-connect the service through my ISP.

I called my ISP to confirm and they said it's a common union practice these days. No ethics the fuckers.

The MDF is off limits for all but telcos/electricians. Just so happens I've worked on MDF's before and have access to mine so popped in and figured it out.

                                        It's almost the perfect crime.

                                        1. Internet User reports fault to ISP
                                        2. ISP determines line fault, commissions 3rd party to visit on-site
                                        3. 3rd party comes on-site, determines "cabling issue" and resolves
                                        4. 3rd party issues bill to ISP, whom pay it
                                        5. Internet user gets Internet working

The ISP is none the wiser that the cabling issue was caused through maliciousness. It's like the mechanic who intentionally damages the engine etc…
