@Daniel-San I have tried them on and they were not made for my foot. The JLB M-43s on the Munson last work fantastically for me. Snug grip in the forefoot without being too narrow. The Steel Gangs were rather wide in the forefoot and I could not lace them so that they would fit ideally.

HOwever, if you look at Pallet_Shots on Insta and at Patina Project (https://www.patinaproject.com/reviews/john-lofgren-steel-gang-shinki-camel-horsebutt/v3A1MYr), you can see these boots become absolutely fantastic.

I got itchy waiting on my monkey boot pre-order and snagged some punchers for that lace-to-toe action. Don’t think I’ve worn them since the arrived.

@Sir_Cuffs-a-Lot It's your fault I started looking into lace to toe boots because you told me about your pre-order monkey boots last year. It's hard for me to choose between the two. But the Shinki Horsebutt is a wonderful leather.
