What's the consensus on Ball watches? I'm intrigued by the super high viz….

I'm not overly familiar with the brand, but I have heard positive accolades. That and they glow like a torch. I'm uncertain that I would buy new given that they don't retain their value as well as other manufacturers. Either that or make sure to negotiate a few points off of retail.

Any recommendations for reliable independent watch repairs/servicing in the UK @Tempvs ?

I have a Bremont Supermarine that's probably overdue it's first service and has now got very 'sticky' when winding manually.  Still running fine, but it's now losing time (-3) as opposed to gaining it when I last checked a year or so ago (+4).

Obviously I have the option to send it back to Bremont, but they're not the cheapest on that front - hence my request for alternative options…

^depending on the year and details, i'd say 1675 instead. i'm guessing 1675 though as 16700 are hard to come by…
