It's been my first attempt doing pulled pork with the new kamado egg and I am really happy how well it worked out. I started the grill Friday evening at 10, adjusted grill temperature to 110°C, added some cherry wood chips and 19 hours later reached a core temperature of 93°C

It is definitely an acquired taste.

Re natto, I’ve found that some either can’t stand the texture, smell or both. I love the stuff.

The texture was not spectacular and the smell was even less so. That said, it wasn't terrible, just not interesting enough for me to try it again. But I can see how people could develop a taste for it if they ate it often enough. It's distinctive.
