The sleeves have been altered. I would say this fits like a shirt with a 20.5 shoulder and 27” sleeve. Prior to alteration the entire sleeve had to be cuffed… some wear/tear on the inner lining of the cuffs, one is slightly ripped.

The photos kind of wash out the black. In person they’re actually very crisp, but the pictures make them look like there’s way more wear. Only the watermelon and the CPO have ever been washed. Everything else has just been worn a few times each.
